Riverside Property Maintenance was set up to assist our commercial customers with their property maintenance needs, taking away the hassle and time spent searching for a range of tradesman required to carry out the varied jobs around their factories, offices, retail outlets, domestic properties and industrial warehouses.

Our aim is to provide a hassle free service to our varied client base, we achieve this by the use of our own uniformed multi skilled staff who can come to your premises at a time to suit your needs.

We offer a tailored service to suit our customers needs, this can be weekly, monthly, bi monthly etc, or an as and when basis, it just depends on their requirements, scheduled visits are arranged in advance so our customers know what level of service they can expect.

All our vehicles are equipped with a range of tools and equipment to enable us to offer a cost effective and reliable service.

If more specialised tradesman are required we have a network of specialists who we can call upon to carry out the work to a standard our customers demand.
